Before ordering the mold, first confirm your pellet machine model and manufacturer, such as model 560, manufacturer is Yulong, etc.
If you know the compression ratio, provide us with your compression ratio, or provide us with the compression ratio number on the mold. After confirming whether the compression ratio needs to be adjusted, we will customize the mold for you according to the specified compression ratio.
The mold is usually made of wear-resistant materials such as high chromium steel and alloy steel. The mold cost and life are different for different materials.
Regular molds can be shipped immediately after confirming the compression ratio, and customized compression ratios require 7-10 days of delivery.
