Why pellets deformation is not round produced by extruder machine
The deformation of the pellets may be due to the deformation of the die hole, or due to the excessive moisture, which is squeezed and deformed during the conveying process when the die is ejected. Therefore, it is best to use pneumatic conveying for the high-temperature puffed feed just out of the mold, which can not only quickly form a layer of colloidal package on the surface of the particles, reduce the breakage of the particles, but also round the shape of the particles. However, the moisture of the particles is very heavy during pneumatic transportation, and it needs to be dried as soon as possible. The particles are not deformed very far, resulting in uneven particle size and affecting their palatability.
