2. The oil should be cleaned when not used for a long time

Although the oil has a protective effect on the mold, if the machine is not used for a long time, the oil added will gradually harden, which makes it difficult to remove the next time it is used, so if the machine is not used for more than one month, the mold should be removed Store after cleaning.

3. The mold storage point should be ventilated and dry

The spare feed mold should be placed in a dry and ventilated place during storage to prevent the moisture in the air from reacting with its surface and corroding, thereby affecting its service life and the appearance of the pellets.

4. Motor power must be matched

Different models of feed pellet machines are equipped with different motors. During the use process, the matching power must be used according to the model of the machine.If the motor power is too small, the granulation efficiency is low and the pellet quality does not meet the standard; if the motor power is too large It not only wastes electricity, but also accelerates the wear of machinery, thereby shortening the die life.

5. To prevent high temperature in summer

During the operation of the feed pellet machine, always pay attention to the temperature changes of various parts and wearing parts. Once the temperature is too high, it must be shut down to rest, especially at noon in the summer when the peak temperature is the highest, so as not to cause the equipment to suffer from excessive temperature damage.
